There are many product management tools out there today. But, performance management tools are quite few. Moreover, in marketing, there is not a single tool that combines both the aspects of management (Project + Employee). The aim of the 360degree@work is to develop a robust product that not only provides product management aspect but also helps employees manage their day to day activities and get constant feedback from their managers and peers to improve their skills.
